Everyone is so nice! 😊 My appointment was in the late afternoon and last minute, but everyone was so helpful and courteous. I felt so welcomed even though this was my first interaction with them. I would definitely recommend.

They really put in the extra time and Care at the front desk when you're having an issue with insurance coming back as not active. The woman at the front desk was very helpful I wish I could remember her name so she would get the proper recognition she deserves. 10 out of 10 I'll never go anywhere else

The center website is incredibly accurate about it providing emergency care. On a Saturday, I was deeply afraid of a possible detachment, and I was seen very quickly. The care was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had to take a moment to recognize Ms. Dory for her amazing customer service and kindness. My mother recently had brain surgery, which caused changes to her vision. We were able to get a same day appointment here, and Dory was one of the first people to take care of us. She was wonderful from the very beginning. Today, I drove clear across town in some pretty nasty weather to pick up my mom’s glasses. I’m also trying to get back quickly because my mother needs me to get her home, and when I arrived, I realized they were closed for lunch. Dory still answered the phone during their lunch break. I told her I didn’t mind sitting outside for the 30 minutes until they reopened. Instead, she asked for my mother’s name and told me to come to the door. She handed me her glasses with the biggest smile and such a warm welcome. She absolutely did not have to interrupt her lunch break to help me, but that small act of kindness made my day a little easier during a time when I have a lot on my plate. This is the kind of customer service that does not go unnoticed. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you for being so kind today, Ms. Dory. You are truly a gem! ❤️

Stephanie did a fantastic job helping me to select my latest pair of sunglasses that I absolutely love! She was very kind and patient and even spoke to Dr. Martinez on my behalf to make sure my prescription was updated to single vision and explained to me what I would experience going to single vision versus when I would wear my progressive glasses so I could make the right decision for me! I will be back that is for sure!

The staff and doctor are all very friendly! From getting my exam, to ordering lenses, then finally picking up the finished product, everything was super easy. Iris was very helpful and made sure my glasses fit right and were comfortable when I picked them up.

Everyone is very courteous and treat you with respect the doctor explains everything and the lady that sizes you with the glasses is a very nice lady. Everything is good in that office. I would recommend anybody to go to eye tech.

Henry is amazing! I schedule specifically with him or I’ll wait for when he’s available for picking up new frames. He’s got a great eye for what’s flattering on a client’s facial form/profile and he makes sure the eyeglasses are adjusted and fitting appropriately on delivery.

I am so grateful for Dr. Bell and his team! Everyone was so kind to me and willing to spend the time to care for my unique needs. My new prescription with the prism glasses is doing wonders! And the frames I have are so cute and fun! Thank you so so much!! 10/10 recommend going here!

Dr. Elder is excellent-very skilled, calm, attentive demeanor, explained what he found, was very willing to answer all my questions, advised me of what the changes in my eyesight meant and what to expect in the future.

I love my opthalmologist, Dr. Elder. He is top notch in his profession. I met him for a potential Lasik surgery. He was so honest about the torque of my astigmatism. The FDA still has not approved Lasik since the early 90's. I refuse to go anywhere else but, EyeTx Vision for my family's eye care. The staff at the 2 locations I've been to, are knowledgeable, kind and caring. All around 5 Stars!!!

Everyone was very kind and the Dr. was very patient with my daughter she explained everything to me in detail of what my daughter needed. Place is very clean and taken care of.

Dr.Greenam found the root of my issues and properly corrected my perscription. He also helped me better understand the cataracts development and when I would require surgery. A truly caring person and professional.

My rating is based on the quick service, bilingual staff who spoke Spanish, and great prices on glasses. Everything from start to finish was fast and easy for my daughter and me. To add even more value, simply keep up this level of fast service and affordable pricing. We had a fantastic experience!

I’m giving this review after seeing what Deena S had to say about the front desk lady, Renee. Renee was absolutely wonderful and walked me through everything my insurance covered and what I was able to get! She answers the phone quickly and gets your appointment setup within minutes, I was able to get my exam and glasses ordered the day after scheduling my appointment! This is a great location, don’t let the Karen’s fool you into thinking otherwise, some people coming in here are incredibly technically challenged 🤭
